With selections of specially chosen wines for you to taste, whilst the host delves into the complexities involved in blending traditional and modern wine-making techniques; reflected throughout their various collections, these evenings are totally unique and memorable.

Tickets include a canapé reception on the idyllic Fenchurch terrace, followed by a bespoke six course tasting menu of exceptional food, perfectly paired with superb wines, in Fenchurch’s private dining room.

About the winemakers:
The wine producing firm of Michele Chiarlo was founded in 1956 by present owners, Michele and Giuseppina Chiarlo. Son of over seven generations of esteemed wine growers, Chiarlo is today one of the most respected producers of Piedmont’s fine wines and a leading figure in its viticultural industry.
Michele Chiarlo has for thirty years pursued an endless search for the finest vineyard sites. Perhaps the crown jewel among these is the vineyard of Fornace di Tassarolo in the Rovereto area of Gavi, a small parcel planted in 1910 which yields a brilliant and intense Gavi of exquisite refinement. He also has long-term agreements with the owners of two spectacular vineyards in the Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga crus of Barolo, from which he produces Barolo Riserva Rocche di Castiglione and Barolo Riserva Vigna Rionda di Serralunga. He has also purchased the Antico Podere Averame in the Cerequio cru of Barolo, considered one of the area's finest Nebbiolo vineyards; and an estate, also in Barolo in the cru of Cannubi, which due to its extremely sharp gradient had never been cultivated until Chiarlo terraced the vineyard and brought it in to production.
In 1995, Michele Chiarlo acquired the estate of Azienda Agricola Aluffi in Castelnuovo Calcea, considered to be the most beautiful and prestigious property in the heart of the classic Barbera d'Asti area. The estate is comprised of two separate vineyards, La Court and Il Castello, with a total area of 62 acres of which 50 are planted in Barbera vines. The southwest and easterly-exposed slopes support superb, calcium and mineral rich soils which are of ideal composition for the production of great Barbera d'Asti.
Michele Chiarlo personally oversees every aspect in the production of his wines. Eminently qualified through the expertise acquired through his involvement with the company under his father, he also holds a degree from the prestigious School of Enology at Alba. His ceaseless innovation, both in production and in marketing, has gained him the respect of his industry.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
